What is Hemlock Structural Blind Rivets?

Hemlock Structural Blind Rivets , also known as structural blind rivets or huck structural rivets.

Hemlock rivet is a type of fastener commonly used in various industries for joining materials together. It consists of a cylindrical body with a head at one end and a tapered mandrel at the other end. The mandrel is inserted into the rivet hole, and as it is pulled, the rivet body expands, creating a secure and tight joint. Hemlock rivets are versatile and widely applicable.

How Does Hemlock rivet Work? 

1. Align the components to be joined.
2. Drill a hole through the materials using a suitable drill bit.
3. Insert the rivet into the hole.
4. Place the rivet head against the bucking bar or anvil.
5. Apply pressure by using a pneumatic or manual rivet gun to deform the tail of the rivet.
6. Continue applying pressure until the tail of the rivet expands and secures the materials together.
7. Inspect the installed rivet for proper deformation and tightness.
