Hem lock rivet is designed with an interference lock mechanism to create highly durable joints that are resistant to vibrations.
This structural breakstem fastener exhibits extraordinary shear and tensile strength, accompanied by a substantial blind side bearing region against the rear sheet. Such a significant blind side bearing area effectively distributes the load while preventing creep.
Hem lock rivet can be used to fasten metal to metal, metal to plastic, and thin sheet to thick metal.
