Bulk Grooved Blind Rivets For Furniture

Grooved Rivets are specifically designed for installation in holes made of fibrous materials, such as wood and certain low to medium density plastics.

When properly set, the annular rings surrounding the body of the rivet will securely grip the wood or plastic and expand radially within the hole. It is important to note that this type of rivet is meant to expand exclusively within the hole, unlike most blind rivets which expand at the rear side. As long as the final substrate is a fibrous material, only one such material is required.

Other materials can be attached to wooden products, as long as they are positioned between the head of the rivet and the wood. However, it is crucial to ensure that the fibrous material has sufficient thickness for the proper setting of the rivet.

Diameter sizes from 3.2 to 4.8mm.

Package

Regular package is small box+ carton+ pallet, or bulk in carton, each carton weights 20-25kgs.
