Closed end blind rivets, a robust and watertight fastening option, ensure complete mandrel retention, effectively preventing any liquid or gas leakage through the installed rivet. These rivets are particularly useful in situations where reaching adjacent backing plates is challenging, yet weatherproofing is essential. Additionally, closed end blind rivets boast higher tensile and shear strength compared to open-end rivets, making them a preferred choice for electronic applications as they eliminate the risk of mandrel falling into the work area.

Closed end rivets are used to permanently connect two materials. This is achieved by inserting the rivet body into a hole and then expanding it using a rivet tool. Eventually, the pressure from the tool causes the mandrel to detach, leaving the securely fastened rivet.

Countersunk closed end rivets is designed to join seamlessly with the material surface once installed, resulting in a flat appearance.

Diameter sizes from 3.2 to 6.4mm.
